How long do we process your Personal Data?

Your personal data is processed by Flourish at Work only for the period of time necessary for the fulfilment of the defined purpose or, as applicable, until you exercise your right to object, right to be forgotten or withdraw consent. 

After the respective retention period has elapsed, Flourish at Work will delete or anonymise the data whenever it should not be kept for any other purpose that may remain. 

For what purposes do we process your Personal Data?

What are the deadlines for processing and storing personal data?

Flourish at Work processes and stores your personal data in accordance with the purposes for which it is processed.

There are cases where the law requires data to be processed and kept for a minimum period of time, for example, 10 years for data needed to inform the Tax Authority for accounting or tax purposes.

However, whenever there is no specific legal obligation, the data will only be processed for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected and preserved, and always in accordance with the law and the guidelines and decisions of the CNPD.. 

Therefore, Flourish at Work will process and keep your personal data for as long as it maintains a contractual relationship with you.
